Okko Board Game Video Review

Okko, Era of the Asagiri, is a tactical game for two players using beautifully illustrated modular game tiles, with a large number of characters, cards and dice. Thanks to simple rules, you will be able to lead a group of Demon Hunter or control a clan of Evil Creatures. Gather your band, recruit mercenaries, choose your equipment and be a skilled tactician, for at the end of combat, there will be only one winner!

Looks like a really fun game for two players. Don’t have many of those so looking forward to adding a few more to my collection, though I gotta say, not the biggest fan of these two game reviewers. It just feels less proficient and takes a long time for them to explain stuff and feels fumbly. Even a part in the video where he was looking through the rule book to check something and they kept interrupting each other to mention something they forgot…needs more polishing and maybe more editing. But still interested in the game.

Played this twice and must say that demon boss is just ridiculously powerful. The oni player is always more powerful. Looks nice, simple enough to understand but not a game I would player ever again due to unbalanced power to the two sides.

A very nice game with a neat “saving dice for later use” mechanic. The tiles and cardboard figures are great.
