This game is amazing!!! The only luck factor in the entire game is the initial set up, every little bit onward is your own skill and strategy! The only gripe I have with it is it takes a while for me to teach it (But I do have some slow friends…..) and the size of the itty bitty cards was annoying

9/10!

I have the prison version which gets more stars for cool minis. But you can play “old twister with it too”. Either way you nailed it, fun game!

nice looking game and neat play options. Using actual miniatures might be a real solution to the unliked cardboard pieces.

I LOVE this game.
unlike most board games that have an element of luck (dice and/or, random events), this game has 0 luck elements. Reminds me of a classic chess match, both players trying to out manuver the other.

The plastic pieces are completely worthless, we found playing with the actual tokens of the characters better for the game.
Another Con, is that some of the expansions don’t gel well. For example the necromancer expansion has cool creatures, new items and added rules but mixing it with the original set doesnt seem balanced

i actually really love this game.
i love the forces of darkness version more though.
LOVE IT.
and its fast too which is perfect for a quick dose of boardgaming. :D
